We had a room with a balcony and direct sea view, in the rear (quieter) area of the complex. It is larger than you might think and therefore the way to the diving center is a bit further.
The staff are extremely attentive to the well-being of the guests, many of them speak German. Unexpected for us: the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms and costs extra (€25/week per device), and it's not exactly strong (depending on how many people are using it, it may not work at all).
Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but you get used to the noise. There were always enough towels.
We were there for 1 week with half board. The food in the evening was quite varied, every evening there was a fresh barbecue outside, always something different: turkey, prawns, chicken, köfte/cevapcici,...). There was a variety of salads and desserts, a pasta island, breads, vegetables - something for everyone. Only French fries were never available at the buffet.
The pool is nice and there is plenty of seating/loungers, but the hotel was not fully booked in August. At full capacity it could well be tight.
The house reef was our reason for the visit and was a DREAM! Lots of intact corals (mainly stony corals), lots of different fish, turtles,... A guard makes sure that swimmers and snorkelers don't go on the reef, great!
A 5* vacation through and through :)
Extra tip: we booked a sunset ride and swimming with horses at Jasmines Horse-Stable (Soma Bay), and we are absolute beginners. But it was really great! The horses are kept properly and the facility makes a good impression.
