Dive Spots
Overall, the dive trip was a success for me as a diver. The dive spots met my expectations. The support of the crew was great. Tanks always filled, small repairs were taken care of.
The dive guide was not in the water during the dives. Disappointing something, - the briefing in general. There were no sketches or ( only one after the dive) or TV presentation. Thus, the information was sometimes a bit vague.
For my non-diving wife Kordula, the snorkeling excursions were a bit moderate, because the ship immediately moves on when all divers were on board.
Unfortunately no Nitrox available, so the headaches became a bit stronger after a few days. (I was just the oldest diver on board).
The noise was really annoying. Very loud engine and drive shaft noise. Especially annoying was the odor development in the port. Here probably the exhaust gases from the gray water tank pressed against the quay wall and then directly into the cabin ... simply unbearable!
The food was great. The Smutje has really what on it. Vegetarian dishes should be added to the menu. All very meaty.
The rousing friends from UK wRen extremely drinking and gave proper gas. Including loud clamor ... well, you have to endure.
For me (I'm probably more insensitive) was ok, my wife properly annoyed ... Well, everyone feels differently.
