A 10-day trip with +/-26 dives was what initially appealed to me. The experience was absolutely beyond expectations. I got a very spacious cabin all to myself. The bathroom was clean and also spacious. I was able to take a nice shower after each dive.
The crew and divemaster were very nice and helpful. Good briefings, and there was also a firedrill. Working smoke detectors, and plenty of safety features on board.
The first day it turned out there was something wrong with the dhoni, the dinghy carrying the diving equipment. This could not be repaired quickly so it was decided to exchange the dhoni for another. Good nitrox every day. Spacious dhoni. Fine resolution.
There was possibly going to be a beach barbecue but it didn't happen. Instead there was a sumptuous dinner on board. Excellent.
I really enjoyed the dives. Whale sharks, lots of manta rays, schools of gray reef sharks and silvertips. There was no end to it. Hanging from a reef hook was also very cool. This is clearly not a trip for novice divers, neither were they.

- The crew is very attentive and helpful, always in a good mood and friendly
- Very comfortable ship.
- Large cabins with large bathrooms
- Large saloon with plenty of space for meals and briefings
- Limited choice of food. No sausage/cheese for breakfast
- Afternoon snacks consisted solely of plain cake and juices
- Briefings were comprehensive, however most dives were different to what was discussed
- As a very experienced diver, I would have liked to have done one or two dives differently. However, the groups would have had to be put together differently for this
- The dhoni is very old and too small for 28 divers. The two front exits are absolutely not suitable. One diver fell heavily and thankfully did not injure himself seriously. There is only one ladder for getting back on board. Definitely not enough for the large number of divers. As a result, we sometimes had very long (up to 15 minutes) waiting times on the surface.
- No bathrobes/ponchos
- No drinking bottles

Due to the countless big fish (whale sharks, sharks, manta rays, eagle rays) it was still one of the best safaris I have been on in the last 25 years.

Nice new ship, although it lacks a bit of atmosphere as it is very focused on functionality. The teething troubles (temperature control in the shower) can be forgiven. We were "only" 13 divers, so there was plenty of space, but when fully occupied (26) it can get quite busy. Very good food, extremely detailed briefings (Mike did a great job), very nice guides (Joe was really great), diving spots as we know them from the Maldives. Unfortunately, the corals have suffered badly in many places due to the warm water, but there are still some very nice spots. The fact that we arrived around 07:30 in the morning and had to wait until shortly before 13h for the transfer to the ship was not so great. As the route is manageable, it would certainly be possible to offer 2 trips here. Overall: gladly again
