Dive Spots
It was a fantastic week, the only criticisms of which are that it's already over and that from now on we're completely screwed when it comes to diving. Maldives, Caribbean? That will all seem very, very boring to us now... ????
I can recommend the boat, crew and tour to anyone who wants to see and experience something different. Contrary to the principle of not touching anything when diving anywhere else, most of the spots here involve a negative descent and clinging to the nearest rock for all you're worth! And then you're off... hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, Adoe rays, turtles, sea lions, marine iguanas, barracudas, schools of mackerel, and and and... a normal logbook page is not enough to document everything you see in the Galapagos! From a single dive, mind you!!!
It's amazing, and the mega dedicated crew and great guides round off the trip to near perfection!
After the dive, an incredibly delicious hot chocolate with cinnamon... eggs for breakfast... your physical well-being is taken care of!
The only criticism I have - contrary to the description on the website, as well as on our travel documents, no LifeLines were issued. The reason given was that the guests would always return them broken. In hindsight, the system would never have been necessary, as the guides always took great care of the group, navigated well and always put safety first! At no point was my seventeen-year-old daughter or I scared!
Thanks to Fish&Trips for the organization, and to Masters for the perfect trip!!!
